• International: Free shipping on orders over $220

We want you to love your Luksha Cosmetics® experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Products must have been purchased directly from Luksha Cosmetics® and accompanied by a valid order confirmation.
• Items must be unopened or gently used and returned in their original packaging.
• If your order included a gift with purchase, the gift must also be returned. Returns that do not include the qualifying gift cannot be processed.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
